Road Works
Major road works are set to be undertaken by Mackay City Council with the widening of Farrellys Lane to a four lane carriageway (anticipated completion late 2008). Further works to be undertaken on Farrellys Lane include two light controlled intersections on Farrellys Lane. One at Connors Road and the other at Farrellys Lane and Michelmore Street. Michelmore Street will be continued to the south to Farrellys Lane and Interlink2 which will then provide direct access to the Mackay CBD.
Sewer
The subdivision is fully sewered and connected to the Mackay Sewerage system.
Each lot will be supplied with a sewer point for future connection.
Water Supply
The subdivision will have a continuous water main that is connected to Mackay water. This water main will run to the frontage of each property and can be connected by the purchaser upon request to Mackay Water.
Stormwater
Stormwater on the individual lots is catered for either to the stormwater system within the street frontage or for lots backing onto the stormwater swale via direct entry.
